declutter (read all 2 entries…)
Declutter Day

I thought lifting my depression would automatically translate to living a better life… not so! The things you do, or don’t do/let slide/stop giving a crap about, when dealing with the daily struggle of living with depression, over time become habits… and habits do not go away without a lot of effort.

So, today I declutter. I’m going to start off very small, by simply topping off the three trash bags that are already in use.

Just thinking about it makes me want to go back to bed.

Ugh.

One bag topped off and out the door. Even replaced the bag in the can (go me!)

Now I need to sit a bit (bad back) before I have another go.

do with this what you will

I think that clutter allows negative energies to remain in your living space. When you declutter, you help disperse them.

Since they may be be clinging to you and your living space, they will pull you down, give you that feeling of “I would rather just go back to bed”.

Go you. Go go you, for having the energy and the spirit to overcome that, and go to work. Even 15 minutes can make a difference. Your angels are on your side. Call on them for help – why not?
