I've lost 61lbs in 9months!
I started going to a gym since March 1st 2005. It was from Mon to Friday for just 1 hour: 5 minutes jogging, 15 minutes tae-bo or steps, 20 minutes free weights and 10 minutes relaxation. Mon/Wed/Fri we worked the lower body, and Tue/Thu the upper body. I also combined this with a low calorie diet, and believe it or not, it was great!!! I didn“t feel hungry, nor tired during the day, even when I had to leave home at 5.30am to start training at 6am and then I had to start working at 9am.
You have to put your body, mind and soul into this, and you will see the results, and will feel proud of yourself and most of all…WILL ENJOY IT!!!!!
