Do 100 Crunches Everyday (read all 9 entries…)

that morning crunches are going to have to be my thing. I’ve found that doing it first thing in the morning is an excellent way to make sure that I do it.

This morning, I was a little sore, but I think that’s just the muscle starting to really do something. Yay! And then soon, I won’t be sore at all.
