My yeast and quick breads have improved a lot.
I can also confidently steam shellfish now.
I am starting to cook with more complex flavors that used to intimidate me, like wine and vinegars.
I am still a pokey cook though, and not confident enough to cook anything without a recipe to at least refer to.
