November Bootcamp 2011: Success through the Power of Daily Actions
Wow! November already!

Exercise: Broke out the videos and did 10 minutes of a 30 minute workout- baby steps….

Self Care: kept on my new protein drink diet. I wasn’t hungry all day until now so I am enjoying a hot spiced chai tea as a reward.

Relaxed most of the day – listened to music, read and enjoyed the serenity of a snowy Saturday.

Needed to be done: It will wait for me until tomorrow…no little elves come in the night to do it for me. :)
