baruchuda just got home from OPENING NIGHT! It went surprisingly well. :)

Take vitamins daily (read all 2 entries…)
I took them this morning!

But it’s definitely not a habit as of right now… I must make it one. Just a multi, cayenne supplement, 5-HTP in the morning, and melatonin, kava/valerian/st.johns relaxer in the evening.
