Today is day 45. Phase II is a lot harder than I as in I get tired easier and don’t always reach my max – perhaps it has to do with the increased carbs/less protein part of the diet, or just the fact that these are harder workouts. I’ll be glad to take my day 60s though assuming I keep getting the results I was getting days 1-30. We’ll see…
