Azumel is a Self-Knowing Healthy Extrovert? Who knew?
I initially used the Couch to 5K program which will slowly build up to it, a very good program if you haven’t ran before (iPhone app if you have one is great). Though I hadn’t ran in years it started to come back to me and I did fine. I made fitness a top goal and it worked out great. The biggest part of doing this, if you stick to the Couch to 5K program is to listen to it…you may feel great but don’t push it, only run every other day until your body is ready to go further otherwise you risk injury which is a huge setback.
