Work out 3x a week (read all 48 entries…)
Week 42

1) run 2.4km – had lots of walk breaks due to deadly side cramp
2) 30 min yoga
3) 3.2 km run – minimal walk breaks and good pace – def starting to run faster

Next week – try to move up to 4 workouts – maybe 2 runs and 2 yogas….
