Hey guys so in doing this one of the first things i have done is learn to say no, its been hard for me because im soneone who is easily persuaded so sticking to my ground and learning that “no” really means “no” has been hard but im slowly getting the hand of it. Also another thing is also learning to say no. At work, one of the ladies calls in sick every 2 weeks (90% of the time shes not even sick) and i end up working 6 days a week for her but i actually managed to say “no” i cann’t and im going to try keep this up (because i cann’t keep letting people walk all over me, its not cool)!!
