WOW. I’m so far off here. My goal weight is 140-145 pounds. I want to be 140 but I’d be happy with 145. I’m 20 pounds off. I’ve been working on it, but it’s just not been working out. Instead of losing, I’ve been gaining. I’ll keep working on it, but it’s very discouraging.
