Need to get back to good habits...

Starting again this week with the “settling time” of 11:00, 11:15. I can read/journal at that time, but I need to be in bed. Ideally I think I will have done my journalling ahead of time, because I’m trying to include a new story each day and write a bit longer.

it sounds to me like

You’re stressing about your sleeping pattern…that may well make it even harder to get to where you want to be. You need to be relaxed to sleep well. Makes sense? I dont know the ins and outs of your challenge but have you tried the approach of getting up early, introduce minerals and vitamins to your diet and try to have full days so that when bedtime comes, your eyes cant resist any longer? :-)
