exercise 3X week for the next 6 months (read all 3 entries…)

This goal caught my attention by being specific (amount and duration was specified) but not too specific. Just enough to get one into a good exercise habit.

Weeks here start on Monday, but I started with little exercising today. I was away from my dumbbells, so what I mostly did was exercises using the body weight: crumches, counter pushups, squats.
