eat 5 portions of fruit and veg a day (read all 16 entries…)

I had a subway with lettuce, tomato, onion, pepper and cucumber. I didn’t have enough of anything for it to be classed as a portion though. You have to eat a ridiculous amount of salad. 6cm of cucumber, a whole onion!

I also had bolognese for my tea with onion and pepper.

Surely 2-3?

(I never have a complete portion unless its fruit or green veg)
