to get more and better sleep for decades. How I hate to hit the sack before I’m tired. I shift positions about fifty times, sigh, count sheep. It’s awful.
I feel as though I have an internal clock that allows me to sleep from 1 a.m. to 8 a.m. anytime. The trouble is, I have to be up by 6:30, and getting by on five and a half hours of sleep on weekdays doesn’t work very well. By the time Saturday comes and I can sleep in, I’m exhausted.
So though I’m willing to try most anything, I don’t know how to achieve this goal.
