Christin3 Spring! Sunshine! Hooray!!
After a year of sitting still all day doing classwork and then standing on my feet for 7 hours at night, I’ve gained weight and lost some muscle. That needs to change! The weight is okay, but I want to be more fit and more active, take more walks, do more exercise, take a dance class or two, do crunches twice a week, go hiking with friends, whatever, just to get fit again!
This goal is also in regard to my friends…having been so horribly busy all the time, I didn’t get to hang out much at all. I’m hoping to be more socially active, to go out and about to visit them, go walking together, go to the park, festivals, have parties, etc. I owe them….
