In addition to weight, this scale measures body fat % and body water % (to make sure you are properly hydrated). I’m not taking any actions to change my lifestyle at this point, but I’m looking forward to tracking this information (maybe even making little graphs in Excel if I really have alot of time on my hands).
As of now I am just squeeking under the line in the healthy range, according to my new scale.
P.S. Note to feminists, sensitive guys and all body-positive crusaders who don’t know me yet: I love my body just the way it is (and so does my partner) and this isn’t about shame or guilt, it’s about being proactive with my health.
