I'm late in the game, but I still want one

I’m 23, and certainly have most things covered as far as what I need to live on my own seeing as I’ve been doing it for almost 6 years now. However, I would still like to have one for my finer things that I’d like to have when I buy a house of my own, and have children. Right now I live with a housemate and we share everything! I want all new pots and pans because what i bought before we lived together was inexpensive, but worked for us.. by the time I can afford a house, I’d like fill it with nice, new things (as our kitchen wear is getting used a LOT).

I’m looking to find an old and used hope chest inexpensively as they can cost a pretty penny. Once I do that, I plan on keeping my eye out in little boutiques for name brands that will last and that are on sale that i can add to my chest.
