Something about this song is so calming and soothing to me. I first heard it when I was a child in the 80s, living in Norway..
I watched the video on VH1…
This song had a beat and melody that I hummed wherever I went. The lead singer of the band Black had a serene face and an even more serene voice. In my mind, he sang it to me.
And the words .. Here I go out to sea again, the sun shine fills my hair, and dreams hang in the air.
Another year has gone and soon another will begin. Here’s to a wonderful, wonderful life.
