Eat less junk food
My plan:

1. Don’t buy from fast food outlets/restaurants (no more Maccas!)
2. Don’t buy snack biscuits more than once a month (Shapes/Mint Slice/Oreos)
3. Don’t drink sugary soft drink at home (soda water is okay)
4. Keep the house stocked with healthy snacks (fresh popcorn, fruit, etc.)
