I’m not a nurse or a doctor, but I have a little common sense. While I was out shopping the other day, I overheard there was another customer who needed medical attention. I rushed back to where she was lying on the floor and found an employee of the store doing all the wrong things (although she was doing what she thought would help) for the customer in need. I quickly took charge of the situation, called 911, and stayed with the woman until paramedics arrived.
