When people switch to a vegetarian diet, even for a short time, they tend to consume far less protein. There are so many sources of plant protein though, with a bit of thought and planning, it’s easy! Think nuts, seeds, soya, dairy (if you’re not going vegan), lentils, chickpeas, kidney beans, hummus and so much more! Ensure you eat 5-6 times a day and include protein at every meal to avoid feeling hungry and having cravings. In the end, I was veggie for a whole month and really benefitted from the thought and planning I needed to put into it :) Best of luck to all who have this as a goal ;)
Ensure you give your body the nutrition it needs
