I took a soup class at a local cooking store at the beginning of December, and it was amazing. The 3 soups and 2 stocks we made were fantastic, and it was cool to meet people who were both learning to cook and also there to nerd out on food and learn some new things. Also at one point the chef dropped his camera in a bowl of soup. It was awesome.
The highlight: learning how to get local prawn out of their shells, roe and all.
