I’m going to go ahead and give Trac a try, even though I love Instiki (my host doesn’t support Ruby)!

Since your host doesn’t support Ruby, you might want to take a look at TextDrive. Very Ruby and Instiki friendly. With mod_proxy they’ll get your Instiki running on port 80. Check out their Instiki forum for more details.

Turns out...

I’ve signed up for a year with TextDrive… and holy moly, they have the most awful admin ui I’ve ever seen! I hear they’re making changes, but ironically, my Windows host had them beat hands down! :(
