lose two stone in weight (read all 4 entries…)
I thought I'd lost a couple of kgs but 2 years ago

my weight just seems to fluctuate that much naturally. Guess I’ll keep going and soon it’ll be a reality and maybe more stable too.

It's not uncommon to maintain weight or even gain some when you begin to exercise

It just means that you are gaining muscle which can weigh more than fat. Keep on going and as your fat is displaced by muscle, you’ll begin to lose inches, become more tone, and… lose weight!
