In July I joined Herbalife and started out on the F1 shake range. Vanilla was the easiest to start off with as you can adapt the recipes to your taste.
I used frozen mixed berries and fresh strawberries and banana and it was delicious. Using crushed ice cubes and blending it all together with a scoop of Vanilla F1 shake. Helps you loose weight and createss a new level of energy. It just balances you out every day.
As a result I became a distributor and we also sell a range of smoothies in our restaurant
