4500 steps a day, not including any time on the wii fit nor of course swimming.
I’m struggling to think how I’m going to increase that number. But seeing as I’m supposed to increase it by 10% every week, I only have to worry about adding 450 steps right now. I can probably do that by adding a short walk to my afternoon or something.
