At least, that’s what I’ve been told so far. It may turn out they hire me again, but for now it’s said that I will finish this week. This means only one lesson left with all my students, three full days. To be honest, I am completely drained. Being home for Christmas and New Year was lovely, it gave me a chance to relax and not worry about my health. Despite that, I was still very, very tired. And that feeling sadly hasn’t left me since coming home, in fact it’s gotten worse.

Dreamdancer12 Rediscovering the joys of being well rested
How are you doing
meeting your mimimum needs requirments?
Sleep, water, exercise, loving touch, vits and minerals, fresh clean air to breath deeply, etc tend to be pretty basic for many of us….
Might simply drinking an extra couple of glasses of pure water each day give you the extra juice you need right now?
How about going to sleep an hour earlier?
Anyhoo, best wishes ….
Sleep: More than enough, one would think.
Water: 8 glasses a day.
Exercise: Too tired to do more than the walking involved at work.
Loving touch: Umm, see exercise.
Vitamins & Minerals: I take extra ones, so I think I’m okay.
Clean air: I get that whilst I work (I go to many different schools with lots of different students).
Thanks for the advice, at the moment I am trying to work through hypothyroidism medicine.
