I think I’m making a bi of progress with this.
I’ve been drinking at least 500ml of water each day at work and while that might not be enough (I don’t actually know how much is) it’s FAR more than I have been drinking.
I have also been remembering to take my vitamin tablet each night and I’ve been having more fruit and veg as opposed to biscuits and other snacks (but I am feeling pretty hungry so I might need to find some healthy and filling foods to much on).
Hopefully I can carry on with these things and add even more little bits to look after myself.
