Butterfly is feeling really good about this whole budgeting thing!
today the chiro suggested that as well as the arch exercise, the neck pillow exercise and the 3 lots of x15 neck exercises, I lie on the floor and stretch my arms and legs out as far as they can go. Did it tonight and could feel the curve leaning against the floor. Feels like it could do a lot for me. But-why didn’t he suggest to do this ages ago?
