I have done nothing on this goal since this time last year, when I got the details on my dad’s side of the family at least to grandfather’s parents and perhaps all the siblings.

Someone else has already worked out the geneology on my mom’s dad’s side, but of course now there’s a dead end built in, because Mom told me in confidence that her dad probably wasn’t her dad. And no one knows who, so that’s the end of that. So I’ll just have to pretend, and concentrate on her mom’s side. They were Welsh way back. Grandma was the 11th of 12 kids. What fun this may be, and I will find out just how much, in a week when the Detective gives his seminar at the library.
