January 16-20

I am working with a faint sense of panic at all times these days. Not only am I terribly stressed about this new course I’m teaching (I feel I’m lacking both experience and guidance, and am feeling quite paralyzed as a result), but wedding planning is also fairly stressful at the moment. My health routines are saving me, though they haven’t been that good this weekend.

My primary priority for the coming week has to be work stuff, as well as maintaining my exercise routines.

Monday: Dress shopping with S! Loose ends from the weekend/ getting ready for the week.

Tuesday: Return shirt. Mega course planning day.

Wednesday: Meetings, meetings, meetings.

Thursday: Finish course planning.

Friday: Meetings, meetings, meetings.

Also, I need to schedule my exercise and yoga classes into my calendar. I’ll do that next.
