So I was at one time down to 140. I’m pretty mad at myself for gaining 20 lbs.! It just proves you can’t work your way out of bad eating habits.
I found myself REALLY hungry a lot and I think my metabolism is possibly odd because of my schedule.
So today…
Woke up at 9:30. Did some paperwork, ate some breakfast. A little cereal and yogurt.
12:00 did the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, Day 1, Level 1.
12:30 shower.
tonight I teach Zumba Toning at 5:45 and Zumba Fitness at 6:30. Hope to burn 1100 calories tonight. That should create a good deficit for today.
Wooop! I CAN LOSE THE WEIGHT. I CAN LOSE THE WEIGHT. I CAN DO THIS. I CAN LOSE 5 POUNDS, I CAN LOSE 10 POUNDS, I CAN LOSE 20 POUNDS, I CAN LOSE 30 POUNDS, I CAN BE 125 POUNDS OF LEAN AWESOME.
