I have done a lot of things lately to put my needs and happiness at the forefront. Simultaniously, I have developed some bad habits in the process. So, a little discipline mixed in with this goal will be good. I have been understanding and graceful with myself at times as I have transitioned through a divorce but at other times I am very self-critical. This is mostly when I decide to be lazy or the opposite, when I push myself too hard. Because I am past the hardest part of my transition through my divorce, I am happy to say this year I am moving into more of a phase of stabilization. It’s a good thing and as I create more of a routine I will have reason to reward myself for my efforts and appreciate myself and how far I’ve come since this time last year.
