25th Janaury

  • Breakfast: a bowl of organic rice-almond milk with barley flakes
  • Morning snack: 1 tangerine + M&Ms pack (I know this last one isn’t a very healthy and ethical choice, but I have a problem that needs to be faced sooner or later: I’m a M&Ms addict)
  • Lunch: lentilballs (that is, polpette prepared with lentils)
  • Afternoon snack: a slice of choco cake
  • Dinner: vegetable soup + 2 boiled eggs + bread
