Not motivated today

But going to do it any way. Time for action: heading for a quick mile and then an asparagus fritata to start the day. Branching out from salads, because I know if I don’t start changing it up a bit, I’ll get bored and not stick with it. Ugh, ugh, ugh – I need some cheering to keep me going!

I’m currently doing an elimination diet for the next few weeks. (A method of identifying foods that an individual cannot consume without adverse effects). Then I will begin my new nutritional regimen.
