So, punched out some figures with the newish blue prints:

22 442 320 to make the school from scratch with professionals doing EVERYTHING. (just construction)

furnishing: approximately 5 000 000

land: aproximately 100 000 or less

972 125 for water (yearly)

568 125 for food (yearly)

53 700 for laundry (yearly)

what other things are gonna be thrown into our yearly cost?? And anyone know how much electricity a 1500 cf walk in fridge would take? (so we can figure out one of the generators…)

Grow your own food -vegetables and fruit (only pay for meat)

Hand wash laundry

Use wells for some of the water…

We can do SOME of the construction/ furnishing

We cant grow our own for 1000 people, or handwash the laundry… There’s also issues with well water. And we will do the furnishing all on our own, that’s just the materials… Like beds and stuff. And we can do SOME construction, as in help the workers, but not all of it. We would need engineers, the equipment, special archetects and designers to make sure we don’t miss anything.

Well water for the gardens….
When I wrote that I was at he point where you had only planed for about 400/500 and I figured if we had enough land… Also as for tuition, could we like work at the school to cover some of it?
