Slowly
...but going.
Right now my buddy and I are waiting for the last green light from the authority on the feasibility of the project. If the answer is positive (they have 2 months to get back to us) we will start the renovations of the structure and hopefully for September we will have everything in place. Then we will have to get the final approval on the whole thing (yeah, lot of bureaucracy).
