Finally broke my plateau!
As of this morning, I am down to 133.5, for a one pound loss this week. Not sure what I did differently this week, except that I did add a kickboxing workout back in that I haven’t done in a while. And I did eat a few different protein sources that I haven’t eaten in a while. At any rate, it feels good to be moving down again. This coming week, I’m going to try to turn my exercise up a notch – according to my exercise tracker on Sparkpeople, I’ve burned about 1491 calories with aerobic exercise, I’d like to take that up to 1500 calories next week. We’ll see what happens!
