Kind of fell off the yoga wagon, but have been walking almost weekly, taking more stairs, sleeping more, and eating much better. I again stopped eating foods to which I have had sensitivities for most of my life. Not eating gluten, corn, soy and cow milk seemed daunting on top of being vegetarian, but it’s not that bad, my digestion has improved, and I’m getting more nutrients. Thank goodness for my acupuncturist, who has been amazing at helping me through this transition, and helping me heal from the inside out. He pushes me to deal with emotional issues as well, in a gentle but stern fashion. Having this bluntness with total support is something I really needed.
