I’ve decided that February 27th has to be my last Monday night class. I’m losing money at a slow but steady pace, and although there are some slight surges in momentum from time to time, nothing seems to stick. I can’t afford to keep paying for the space.

I don’t think it will be a surprise to my one regular and other occasional students that I need to shut the class down. I will offer private or semi-private lessons to my friend. Technically the cost should go up, but I may continue to offer her a deal for the time being if she wants to do lessons in her place.

I’ll put most of my energy into my other classes where I’m not paying rent, and maybe start looking for other opportunities as well. I’ll think about that one for a while and see what transpires.
