SpinCycle Barn's burnt down... now I can see the moon.
ULTIMATE GOALS:
1)Shower at least every other day
2)Brush my teeth daily
3)Exercise for at least three hours a week
4)Eat 5 servings of fruits/veggies daily
5)Go to physical therapy- work on my foot and back problems
6)get my CPAP machine fixed and use my CPAP nightly
7)keep addressing the migraines
8)avoid cutting
9)continue to not drink smoke or use
10)get on a sleep schedule
11)get a primary care physician
12)make and keep specialist appointments (Dentist, gynecologist, etc.)
13)appreciate my body, be comfortable with my body, respect my body
14)be at a weight which is healthier and more comfortable for my body
MINI GOALS TO COMPLETE BY 2/24/12
1)make an appointment with a sleep doctor
2)Shower 4 times
3)Brush my teeth 4 times
4)try to make a nutrition appointment
