Yesterday was great. I was surprised that the affirmations I wrote in the morning stayed with me all day. Before starting this, affirmations seemed so hokey but then they slowly became my go-to thought. If I started losing energy, I repeated in my head “I am strong and energetic”, and I actually felt stronger and more energetic.
It doesn’t take any more time than a negative thought (and hardly any effort) and has a pretty big payout.
