I get paid semi-monthly, and withhold a portion for quarterly employee stock purchase program. So my three payments will be broken up as so:

1st of the month:
$345 to 401k/Roth 401k
$400 to HELOC
$200 to emergency fund savings
$400 to car
$45 for internet service
$180 for groceries
$190 for milk (yeah, I drink a ton)
$30 for my server
$120 for my dog
$80 for auto insurance
$200 for private student loans

15th of the month:
$345 to 401k/Roth 401k
$210 to federal student loans
$75 for cell phone
$210 for lunch
$130 for gas
$750 for rent
$670 to spend

Quarterly:
$1,680 to private student loans
$405 to HSA
$1,350 to emergency fund savings
$75 to LTC insurance
