i feel i may have to start seriously exercising now. the weight isn’t coming off fast enough to my liking. i really want to make 17lbs by march 1st. i’ve been doing a little (very very little) weights, but i need some cardio which i hate. i’ll start tomorrow after work.
Starting with some cardio right away in the morning, before breakfast, should help get your metabolism going. Then, walking in the evening is great for burning extra energy.
