Exercising during the week

I’m out of the house for 10 to 11 hours.
By the time I get home I’m exhausted, tired and weak.
Until I find out why I feel so weak, exercising in the evening will not happen daily.

But I found a way to exercise during my day: Stairs.
I’m on the fifth floor in our office building.
I have to get up and down at least two times a day.

I started my project today :D
