okay – enough is enough – i am doing this my ada was just diagnosed with diabetes because of him being over weight and I don;t want to have the same health problems he is having – so together we are going to loose weight.

Luckly – he is not at the point were he needs medicine and if he looses weight he will be okay.

So We have been watching what we eat for the last couple of days and have been working out on the WII- with the Dance game – it’s fun and it doesn’t feel like excersise, plus we get competative and we try very heard to get the higher score.

The WII- excersise just may save our lives – even my mom plays and she has heart problems and RA which is server arthritis.

So fare I have lost 3 pounds.

Sorry I can’t spell – but oh well.
