It doesn’t explicitly say it’s not tested on animals, and Google turned up no useful information. However most lanolin-based products tend not to be animal-tested. It’s a heavy weight, I use it at night, not all day. It’s pretty waxy, which I like at night because I can rinse my hands off if I get up to pee without losing all the protection of the stuff.
