Lost 4lbs so far, which is quite normal as I can easily lose/gain 5lbs normally. Today is a bit easier in terms of headache. I didn’t feel it that much. I am even able to hit the gym today and burn some calories. I drank the lemonade mix starting from 10am and every two hours since, I think that helps to reduce/eliminate the headache.
However, in the evening, the hunger pangs kicked in quite a bit. As I am typing this, my stomach is growling hard. No particular food craving in mind, but just feels like chewing/tasting something else other than the lemonade drink. Quite early huh… I still have eight more days to go… Fight on!
