weekend morning routine
stayed at home so i have extra day to practice my weekend morning routine!
- drink warm water – almost 1l!
- make herbal infusion – camomila today
- cleaning as spiritual practice – washed dishes and cleaned countertops
- (i wish i woke up earlier to do yoga or something similar)
- meditate
- plan my day – check moonsigncalendar.net for list of favorable activities
- eat healthy breakfast – fruit, nuts, protein
- clean, declutter for 2 hrs
- eat green smoothie
- take a nap
